I loved that it was neat and branded, the staff were immensely pleasant and rooms were fan-cooled. Exceptional view of volcano. They made my stay nice. There was a superb bar with perfect service. The beach was good. Unbeatable location: 10 minutes' walk to metro station.

The hotel was in an excellent location, overlooking street. West End district deserves to be explored. A handy kitchenette was complete with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. Friendly personnel. Not to mention parking onsite. No complaints whatsoever, the property was great!
